OUR PRESENCE IN CHINA IS CONSOLIDATED

The CHINA DIECASTING trade show in Shanghai has become the leading trade fair for the Chinese die casting industry, and this year we have decided to participate again with our solutions for producing the highest quality castings such as battery cases, structural castings, and giga-castings. China has shown great interest in the Lubrication Optimization process, which we address with a unique and reliable methodology based on four proprietary technologies:

1. iCast CTC (Cycle Temperature Check)
2. iCast Lube Analyzer
3. iCast EVO
4. iCast Optimizer

Our booth at N3D438 will showcase the latest developments in mold and piston lubrication. Products with specific characteristics (water-free, water-based, silicon-free, wax-free) are dedicated to minimal quantity lubrication and can be combined with the use of custom-designed equipment, such as the iCast Cycle Temperature Check (for monitoring mold thermal dynamics). Castomix 4.0 (for release agent dosing and consumption tracking); Plung Lube System 4.0 (for volumetric dosing of piston lubricant in minimal applications); Lubricant Control Unit LC-01 (for monitoring lubricant concentration).

Our Chinese technical staff, supported by Dr. Cosimo Raone (Tech Area R&D VP), will be available to visitors to illustrate the various solutions that Motultech Baraldi offers to die casting foundries.
